BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners of Lackawanna County does hereby approve a grant agreement between Lackawanna County and the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime & Delinquency (PCCD), for the Criminal Justice Advisory Board (CJAB) Mental Health Initiative Grant. [Grant #18967-3 Lackawanna County Mental Health Court] for FY 2010-2011, as attached hereto.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Lackawanna County held on March 10, 2010.
