BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners of Lackawanna County does hereby approve the 2009/2010 open-ended contracts between the Lackawanna County Commissioners and the Lackawanna County Area Agency on Aging and its Subcontractors, as attached.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Lackawanna County held on March 10, 2010.
